Cardiology

Cardiology is a complex area of veterinary medicine and diagnosis can be very challenging. Southfields Veterinary Specialists is one of the few referral centres in the UK with a Specialist-led cardiology team who are able to provide interventional cardiology procedures.

With dedicated cardiology facilities and equipment on-site, including advanced diagnostic imaging, our team are able to perform the most complex procedures, including:

Our cardiology team are fully supported by other Specialists working in our anaesthesia, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery teams. Our dedicated veterinary nurses provide outstanding levels of nursing care for all our patients, including those referred for cardiac problems.
