Event Overview

Join us for a special Veterinary Nurse Awareness Month (VNAM) Interventional Cardiology CPD event with the Nursing team at Southfields Veterinary Specialists. 

The free online CPD session will focus on ‘Interventional Cardiology: Reaching the diagnosis and medical treatment of congenital heart disease’ and take place on Thursday 12th May at 7 pm.

During the webinar, Southfields FdSc Registered Veterinary Nurse, Lauren Osborne will discuss the presentation, pathophysiology, diagnostic imaging and acute treatment of two of the most common congenital heart diseases (patent ductus arteriosus and pulmonic stenosis) as well as covering the nursing considerations and support for the owners after diagnosis.

The webinar will conclude with a live Q&A session.
