Event Overview

Radiotherapy has been around for decades for the treatment of pets with cancer. However, with new technology and a constantly evolving understanding of tumour biology, this is a rapidly evolving field. New radiotherapy treatment modalities, such as those which will shortly be available at Southfields, will increase the accuracy of treatment, enable larger doses to be given with little or no toxicity and will also drastically reduce treatment time for some tumour types. This CPD aims to give an overview of these new technologies and how they will revolutionise the treatment of pets with various tumours.

Event Schedule

The event will begin at 19:30 and should last approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
