Administration

We depend on our Administration team at Southfields for the smooth and efficient running of everything that takes place at the hospital.

At Southfields Veterinary Specialists we are rapidly expanding and growing our referral services as we have moved into our new purpose-built hospital. At this exciting time, we’re looking to attract dynamic individuals to provide the backbone of our day-to-day work.

Be the face and voice of Southfields

We’re a growing and energetic team focused on care and compassion, accompanied by our own goal of consolidating Southfields reputation as one of the leading veterinary referral services in the UK..

You’ll be a caring, compassionate and enthusiastic person, genuinely excited about supporting our highly experienced team of dedicated Veterinary Specialists and Nurses. You’ll be used to working in a very busy environment, dealing with a wide variety of tasks and client situations, while offering warmth and reassurance whether talking to clients on the phone or face-to-face in the practice.

You’ll be part of a wider team helping shape our client experience and in return receive a rewarding career opportunity and take advantage of not only what Southfields has to offer but the benefits of the broader Linnaeus Group.

Veterinary experience is not essential for most roles within our administration team, but would be beneficial. Full training will be provided.

We’re expanding all the time, so if you don’t see a role that you’re looking for, send us your CV prospectively and we can have a chat.
