Southfields Veterinary Specialists are rapidly expanding and we’re expanding our referral services to offer a broader range of specialisms. At this exciting time, we’re looking to attract the very best in Veterinary Specialists to make a huge difference to our clients, and we’re investing in and developing the outstanding Veterinary Specialists of the future.
Our commitment is to offer student placements to further develop the careers of emerging Veterinary Specialists in an always-busy 24-hour working environment.
Southfields Veterinary Specialists is not a teaching hospital. We offer experience on the front line of Veterinary medical and surgical care, not theoretical teaching. On a placement, you’ll experience intensive and challenging training through blending in with the team rapidly and learning by being involved in the daily clinical activities of our Specialists.
We offer Clinical Extra Mural Studies (CEMS) for final year students attending UK and Ireland veterinary schools, through two-week placements with our Veterinary Specialists.
